انعقد المؤتمر التبليغي لمحور بغداد في مدينة بغداد - جميلة -  جامع ائمة البقيع (عليهم السلام)، وبحضور الأستاذ في الحوزة العلمية سماحة السيد جعفر الحكيم (دامت بركاته).

الحكيم بيّن خلال كلمته: 
أن لذائذ الحياة لم تكن أبداً خالصة من الألم ، بل إن الألم مصاحب لها في جميع مفرداتها، ولا لذة خالصة إلا في الجنة، وهذا ما ينبئ عنه الواقع العملي، ومن هذا نجد أن ثورة الإمام الحسين (عليه السلام) رغم ثمراتها التي لا تُحصى، لكن الألم رافَقَها من أولى خطواتها حيث فراق الأحبة والعطش والقتل والسبي وغيرها.

ومن هذا المنطلق، فإننا نجد أن لذة زيارة الإمام الحسين (عليه السلام) لها طعمها الخاص لدى الزائرين الكرام رغم تعب المسيرة وتقرّح الأقدام.

وأشار سماحته إلى أن تأسيس هذه الزيارة كان من أهل البيت (عليهم السلام) حينما أكّدوا كثيراً على ضرورة قصد الإمام الحسين (عليه السلام) مشياً على الأقدام، وحينما صدحت زينب (عليها السلام) بكلمة الحق ضد يزيد: كد كيدك، واسع سعيك، فوالله لا تمحو ذكرنا ولا تُميت وحينا.

بعد ذلك، تمّ تقسيم المحطات التبليغية ، وإكمال لوازم التنفيذ مع اللجنة المشرفة على محور بغداد ، 
والاعلان عن موعد انطلاق موكب المشروع التبليغي.

The guidance conference for Baghdad Axis was held in the capital Baghdad -Jameelah- Aimat Al Baqeea (peace be upon them) mosque, in the presence of his eminence Al Sayd Ja’far Al-Hakeem (may Allah bless him).

Al-Hakeem declared throughout his speech: the pleasure of life won't be without pain, rather the pain is  always its companion in all its details and the pure pleasure will only be in heaven, and that is what the practical reality shows, and from this, we can find that the revolution of Al-Imam Al Hussein (peace be upon him) despite its infinite fruits, but the pain accompanied it from its first step whereas parting loved ones, thirst, murder, captivity etc.
Accordingly, the pleasure of visiting Al Imam Al Hussein (peace be upon him) has a special test for the honourable visitors despite the tiredness of the march and feet blisters.
His eminence mentioned that the pilgrimage of Al Arba’een have been established by Ahl al Bayt (peace be upon them) whereas they insist a lot on the necessity of intending to Al Imam Al Hussein (peace be upon him) on foot, and when lady Zainab (peace be upon her) stated the right word against Yazid: You may contrive and try however much you can but I swear by Allah you cannot affect our mention and you can't kill the Angel.

After that, the guidance stations have been separated into groups and complete what the project needs to be ready with the supervisory committee of Baghdad Axis
