نشرت جريدة الوقت البحرينية مقال بعنوان _النوم ضرورة وليس رفاهية, وذكرت رأي مدير مركز بحزث النوم _كريغ بيلنكي, أشار فيه الى وجود رغبة قوية للعديد من الناس الأصحاء بخفض ساعات النوم , وذلك يقلص مستوى انتاجيتك وتعرض نفسك للخطر وعدم التركيز وساعات النوم بين وساعات ليلا ضرورية و ويقول الناس نحتاج الى ساعات أخرى أكثر من ساعة لنحقق مانريد أنجازه, والوقت الجتماعي الذي يفرضه النظام الحكومي للمجتمع لاحيلة لنا فيه لكن الوقت الذاتي الذي يخص حياتنا نحن نتحكم في التخطيط له وتنفيذه بجدول يحقق احلامنا ورغباتنا وأهدافنا المرسومة بمراحل معقولة تحترم الواقع و يعني النوم والوقت المخصص للراحة يساعد على زيادة أنتاجية الأنسان وأبداعه ,والوقت ليس سريعآ بل يطول ويقصر ويتسع ويضيق ونعرف أن1+1لاتساوي 1ولا أثنين في العلوم الأنسانية وقال انشتاين في نظريته النسبية وفي كتابه _ العالم كما أراه, قال الوقت نسبي وفأن يشترون الكتب ويقرؤنها ويتعلمون من المنهج الملائم لهم للتعلم الصحيح والسريع بثقة تام وباشراف متخصص و النموذج الأخير شاهدته فعليآ مع اخت زوجتي لم تدرس في العراق الأبتدائية ذهبت لأوربا وادخلت أجباريآ تعلم اللغة وثم عملت في شركة تتحدث الأنكليزية واليوم بعد سنوات تتحدث أربعة لغات لأنها تؤمن بالحظ وان الله جاء بالتوفيق لها لتعيش في أوربا وتوفرت لها أمكانات التعليم المجاني لتلك اللغات هذه حالات متميزة
